Join Brickwise to build "Alice," an autonomous AI property manager that handles voice calls, diagnoses maintenance issues, and dispatches contractors for thousands of units. With over $3M in funding and a >$1M enterprise contract already secured, you will ship code that immediately impacts real-world operations, moving far faster than a standard corporate role.
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about the product, and keen to ship lots of code that makes customers happy. This offer includes a top 10% salary for this experience level, and equity grants 5x the market average.
You will code directly alongside our founders: a CTO (ex-Google Senior Engineer) who scaled products to >$100m ARR, and a CEO who has previously scaled a venture-backed AI platform. We don’t believe in silos; you will learn engineering best practices and startup strategy, and talk directly to customers.
