Role Summary
The Operations Lead owns the company’s operational foundations. This role requires a strong academic grounding and deep technical literacy to design systems that scale, diagnose failure modes, and ensure the business runs predictably as it grows. You will be responsible for understanding how data, tools, processes, and people interact across the company, and for fixing those interactions when they break.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the company’s operational systems across finance, sales operations, and internal workflows
- Analyse existing processes and identify structural weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks
- Design and implement scalable, measurable, and well-documented processes
- Ensure operational tooling is correctly integrated and producing reliable data
- Work closely with engineering to align operational needs with technical reality
- Build reporting and metrics that give leadership clear visibility into performance
- Establish clear ownership and accountability across operational domains
