Chef de Partie Location: Brickhampton Court Golf Complex, Gloucestershire Job Type: Full-time | Permanent About Us Brickhampton Court Golf Complex is a busy and welcoming golf and hospitality venue, providing food and beverage services to members, guests, visitors, golf societies, functions and corporate events. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food and excellent service across our clubhouse and events operation. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play an important role in delivering high standards across all areas of the business. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running bar food and function prep work and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a varied workload, from clubhouse dining and daily service through to functions and larger events. This position would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career.
