The Lender Relationship Executive will support and develop Brickflow’s relationships with its panel of specialist lenders. The role focuses on driving deal flow through the Brickflow platform, strengthening lender engagement, and ensuring lenders maximise the value of the Brickflow marketplace. The successful candidate will work closely with lender partners, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate deal submissions, support lender onboarding, and optimise lender participation on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lender Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with lenders currently partnered with Brickflow. Act as a key contact for lender enquiries regarding deal submissions and platform usage. Regularly engage with lenders to understand appetite, lending criteria, and product changes.
- Deal Flow & Pipeline Development: Support lenders in identifying and securing opportunities submitted through the Brickflow platform. Monitor lender activity and deal flow performance across the platform. Work with lenders to increase participation and deal conversion rates.
- Platform Engagement: Assist lenders in optimising their presence and activity on the Brickflow platform. Support lender onboarding, training, and ongoing platform usage. Provide feedback internally on lender experience and platform improvements.
- Broker & Lender Coordination: Facilitate communication between brokers and lenders on live deals. Ensure smooth progression of deals from enquiry to completion.
- Market & Product Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of lender products including bridging finance, development finance, commercial finance, and specialist property lending. Keep lenders informed of relevant opportunities within the platform ecosystem. Share market insights internally to support platform growth and lender engagement strategies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Essential: Experience working within the UK specialist finance or property finance sector. Understanding of bridging finance, development finance, or specialist lending. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Experience working with lenders, brokers, or intermediaries.
- Desirable: Previous experience in lender partnerships, internal BDM, or platform-based finance roles. Knowledge of marketplace lending platforms or fintech environments. Familiarity with CRM and deal management systems.
