We are currently seeking a Strategic Test Consultant for one of our banking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the future test strategy for the TTR programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with the MSS Business, Regulatory Oversight, IT, and Compliance to assess the impact of new TTR regulatory changes on the MSS business.
- Defining and refining requirements specification process and tooling. Agreeing the process and any changes, including hand- over points, with upstream / downstream stakeholders.
- Quality assurance of the business requirements produced by the Business Analysis team and where appropriate act as a signatory on these outputs.
- Recruitment, management and mentoring of BA resources within the TTR Programme.
- Resource forecasting and working with project and programme managers to satisfy resource demand within the constraints of the programme budget.
- Ensuring timely delivery of business requirements within TTR projects, raising any associated RAID items to project and programme management, and working with colleagues to establish effective solutions.
- Escalation point on all matters concerning Business Analysis.
Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant working experience in Testing and management of Regulatory Reporting Programs.
- Ability to lead, manage and successfully deliver projects within the agreed time scale, in liaison with all relevant stakeholders.
- Strong functional knowledge of testing and test processes within Regulatory Reporting.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Global Banking and Markets.
- Clear and demonstrable familiarity with testing best practices and assisting in development of deliverable test strategies.
- Open personality and effective communication skills, ability and flexibility to work in an international team.
- Ability to write clear and understandable documents.
- Excellent data and presentation skills.
