Location: Tamworth (relocating to Lichfield later in the year) Role Overview Role Overview Are you a creative and driven marketer looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join the BRCK Group marketing team, supporting a portfolio of well-established brands across the construction and building products sector, including Alfiam, Architectural Facades, Brickability, Bricklink, Brick Services, CPG, ET Clay, LBT and Matching Brick.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering day-to-day marketing activity across multiple businesses, helping to increase brand awareness, drive enquiries, grow market share, and boost engagement across our websites and merchant stores.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on marketing role and wants exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines including social media, content creation, events, partnerships, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities Managing incoming marketing-related email enquiries.
Managing and growing the businesses' social media platforms.
Working closely with the sales team to ensure social media activity supports wider business objectives.
Creating and delivering social media training for sales teams, while helping to develop a network of brand ambassadors to support content creation.
Producing engaging written and video case studies, alongside gathering customer testimonials.
Coordinating photography and videography projects with freelance suppliers and ensuring content is correctly filed and uploaded to relevant websites.
Identifying and developing collaboration and partnership opportunities that support business growth.
Building relationships with external stakeholders including architectural societies, awards organisations and industry associations.
Supporting and attending company events, both at our offices and across the wider industry.
Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and wider team in achieving departmental objectives.
What We're Looking For Essential Criteria Experience within both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
Strong attention to detail with experience in proofreading and/or copywriting.
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Linked In, Facebook and Instagram.
Proficiency across both digital and traditional marketing activities, including experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, GA4, website CMS platforms and marketing automation software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to other offices to create content when required.
Willingness to travel to other offices and events when required.
Desirable Criteria Marketing, Business or related qualifications (degree not essential).
