What Youll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers over the phone with a friendly, professional manner.
- Supporting our Area Sales Managers with admin tasks, pricing inquiries, and new business opportunities.
- Proactively selling our products to a range of clients, from merchants and developers to builders and homeowners all while ensuring strong profit margins.
- Managing the full order process, from initial quotes to arranging deliveries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Handling product inquiries, even sourcing non-core stock items, and applying the correct pricing strategy.
- Becoming an expert in our product range so you can offer customers the best advice and solutions.
- Identifying and matching bricks to meet customer needs.
- Using our internal systems efficiently; IT skills are a must!
- Understanding and applying our pricing policies, including margins and profits.
