We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is essential in maintaining excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and effective communication between departments.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Inputting of both sales / purchase orders on to system and email to relevant suppliers/customers.
- Co-ordinating and overseeing client deliveries.
- Dealing with clients and suppliers quickly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Processing invoices to accounts for supplier payments.
- Check account limits to ensure clients are not behind in paying before goods are released.
- Helping the estimating team price projects when required.
