Job Purpose The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of projects within the brick and cladding division. Working closely with the Sales Director this role involves managing pricing strategies, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and ensuring profitability. The Commercial Manager plays a key role in risk management, business development, and financial forecasting to drive sustainable growth.
