We are MGF - a national Shoring Solutions, Lifting & Safety and Structural Support provider. We specialise in designing, manufacturing, hiring and selling temporary works solutions. At MGF, we manufacture our equipment, operate our own transport fleet and have an in-house engineering team who produce design solutions to meet customers' requirements.
With 14 depots nationwide and 400 passionate members of our team, we're expanding. Each team member plays a crucial role in this success, and we need your help as a Relief HGV Driver to continue delivering exceptional results.
Your Role:
As a Relief HGV Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations. You'll be responsible for delivering and collecting our equipment from customer sites and our depots.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering and collecting hire equipment on time, safely and efficiently
- Addressing customer needs during deliveries and collections
- Keeping the wagon clean and performing daily safety checks
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of Company vehicles
To Achieve This, You Will Need:
- HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence
- At least 2 years of recent HGV driving experience
- Driver CPC
- Experience in delivering/collecting heavy goods to construction sites
- (Desirable) CSCS Card and Banksman Slinger training
