Brick Clean Commercial Professionals (BCCP) is seeking a motivated and hardworking Trainee Brick Cleaner to join our team. This role involves a mix of working independently and as part of a team on major housing developments across the North West of England and Wales. The primary responsibility is to chemically clean new houses to a high standard.
Location: Working from offices in Atherton (M46) and on developments in the North West England & Wales
Salary: Competitive annual pay starting at £20,800 whilst training, then raising to £31,200 once qualified, with performance related bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chemically clean brickwork on new housing developments
- Work independently and within a team environment
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and van once qualified
- Uphold high standards of health and safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and site personnel
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Training Provided:
- Brick cleaning processes
