We are a caring, small, family-run care home nestled in beautiful Evesham, offering residential and dementia care within a homely, warm atmosphere. We focus on dignity, compassion, safety, and person-centred care.
The Role
As a Part-Time Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care and companionship across day and night shifts, rotating on a two-week rolling rota and working alternate weekends. Flexible, caring individuals will thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support, mealtimes
- Engagement: activities, conversations, meaningful interactions
- Environment: keep the home safe, welcoming, and clean
- Record-keeping: accurate documentation and team communication
What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential or dementia care, or NVQ Level 2 (advantageous but not essential)
- Kindness, reliability, flexibility, and strong communication
- Readiness to work day & night shifts and alternate weekends
