Responsibilities:
- Support in the organization and management of pupils and the classroom.
- Work with the team to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive learning environment.
- Promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE at C grade or above, including Maths and English (Desirable).
- Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Experience working with children or young people.
