About the Role
30 hours per week, Term Time 39 weeks Part‑time Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support the organisation and management of pupils and the classroom.
- Work with the team to create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive learning environment.
- Promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school.
- Work with individuals and groups of pupils to deliver learning programmes.
- Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities.
- Assist with the general pastoral care of pupils, including helping those who are unwell, distressed or unsettled.
- Assist pupils with personal needs as appropriate.
