One of the city's leading Property Finance banks have a 12 Month FTC within their Property Credit Team. To be considered for this role, interested candidates must have gained proven Property Credit analysis/operations work experience. Duties will include:
- Performing financial analyses and credit assessments.
- Checking the accuracy of facility letters to ensure that they reflect the terms sanctioned.
- Signing off on monthly drawdown requests and reviewing the project monitoring surveyors reports.
- Participate in monthly Credit meetings.
Strong Excel skills are required; any Property development Finance experience would be advantageous.
