Job Description
This major International bank based in London are looking to recruit a professional and proactive individual who has gained proven Digitalisation & Transformation and project delivery experience within the banking sector. Ideally from a consultancy background with experience of delivering transformation initiatives, together with business analysis skills and a good understanding of corporate & investment banking operating model, front to back. Primary duties will include:- Support establishing and embedding the banks Operations Digitalisation & Transformation kaizen framework.
Align to wider DX & Transformation strategy and identify opportunities for improvements across the banks EMEA operations. Strong planning skills are required, full banking benefits apply
