This major London based International bank are looking to strengthen their expanding Agency Loans/Fund Finance middle office team. To be considered for this role interested applicants must have acquired a minimum of 3 years proven Agency Loans Operations and documentation experience within the financial sector. Primary duties will include:- Tracking of financial ESG covenants, security trustee responsibilities, collateral monitoring and front to back management of amendments and waivers.
