Large retailers, CPG brands, and retail media networks need to produce thousands of marketing and advertising assets per week while maintaining strict brand standards.

As an Sr. Account Executive focused on Retail Media & Marketing, you'll own the full sales cycle for this high-potential vertical. You won't just be executing an existing playbook β€” you'll help define the go-to-market strategy, shape how we position Bria for retail and CPG buyers, and directly influence product direction with market feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within the retail media and marketing vertical
  • Develop deep expertise in Bria's platform and articulate how it solves specific retail and CPG creative production challenges
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand prospect pain points around creative production, brand compliance, and speed to market
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders across marketing, creative, legal, and procurement
  • Collaborate with Marketing on vertical-specific content, events, and campaigns that drive pipeline
  • Provide market feedback to Product on retail- and CPG-specific feature requests and competitive dynamics
  • Represent Bria at key industry events and conferences (NRF, Shoptalk, and others)
  • Contribute to building the sales playbook for this vertical as an early member of the go-to-market team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7–10 years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Proven success of enterprise sales
  • Experience selling to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Creative, and other senior marketing and advertising stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of AI and generative AI technology
  • Must be technically savvy and understand the world of APIs, agents, and how tech is built
  • Must have prior experience at a startup or high-growth company β€” comfortable with ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and wearing multiple hats
  • Experience with complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles that may start as PoC’s but will evolve into true enterprise contracts ($100K ACV deals)
  • Inherit a book of business with existing clients and help expand Bria across their enterprise
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal hand-holding
