Brhw is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support the delivery of high-quality care for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs in Southport. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, and consistent, person-centred care across the service.
You’ll oversee day-to-day management, staff rostering, and audits, while maintaining strong external relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners.
