What We're Looking For

• An experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or aspiring Assistant Manager with a passion for hospitality and great service.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embraces new challenges.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond positively as the business grows and evolves.
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a start-up style operation where priorities may change quickly.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
• Comfortable supporting different areas of the business, from service and food preparation to stock management and deliveries.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to support, motivate and develop team members.
• Reliable and dependable, particularly when it comes to managing deliveries, stock, and operational routines.
• Excited by the opportunity to help build something new and play a key role in shaping how the café operates in its early stages.
