Supporting the Finance Director, People Director & Brand Director

Location: Birmingham

Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is a multi-brand hospitality business operating over 100 sites across the UK. We are creating a new Executive PA role to provide high-impact, proactive support to our Finance Director, People Director and Brand Director. This is a trusted, influential position requiring exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to operate confidently across Finance, HR and Brand functions in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Executive PA, you will optimise senior leaders’ time, ensure seamless coordination across functions, and provide high-quality executive and project support. You’ll act as a central connector across the business, supporting strategic initiatives while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and communications for three Directors
  • Prepare agendas, board papers, presentations and reports to an executive standard
  • Screen, prioritise and respond to correspondence on behalf of Directors
  • Act as a key liaison between Finance, HR, Brand and Operations teams
  • Support group-wide initiatives including values programmes, TUPE activity and brand campaigns
  • Track progress of key projects and ensure actions, deadlines and follow-ups are delivered
  • Assist with board packs, dashboards and briefing notes
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops and cross-brand events
  • Handle commercially and personally sensitive information with discretion
  • Support governance requirements including minutes, audit trails and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve administrative processes

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive PA or Senior PA supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and shifting demands
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Trusted to manage confidential HR, financial and commercial information
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable pulling together high-quality presentation decks and reports
  • Experienced in fast-paced, multi-site or multi-brand environments
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
