Breydons Solicitors Ltd. are a Criminal Law firm operating primarily in Norfolk and Suffolk. We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The successful applicant will be responsible for general administrative duties to include but not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Passing on detailed messages
  • Drafting letters
  • Opening and the preparation of files in both digital and paper form
  • Diary maintenance and management in digital form
  • Time recording
  • Archiving
  • Creating invoices
  • Taking PDQ payments in person and over the phone
  • Accurate recording of payments made and received
  • Ordering of stationary in accordance with office needs
  • Preparation of post
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Filling forms accurately
  • Casework

The successful applicant must have the following skills:

The successful applicant would ideally have all or at least some of the following:

  • Experience of working within a law firm
  • Administration experience

Work remotely. No Shift patterns are /9.00-17:00/9.30-17:30 Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break (35 hour working week).
