Role Purpose
Our B&K brewed beers really set us apart from the pack and as the brewer you will very much be at the helm of this hugely important aspect of our business! Being a brewer at B&K is a very unique opportunity to put your skills to work at brewing some amazing beers whilst also working in a vibrant, socially engaging guest facing role! Our breweries are always a focal point and hub within our brewpubs and as such all our brewers fully engage with the local community, including our brewpub teams on a day to day basis.
Naturally you’ll make sure the beer quality is spot-on, from recipe design, ingredient ordering, brewery upkeep, audits and of course brewing the beer itself. As a Brewer you’ll be in control of stock and ordering of ingredients, including managing your budgets based on company specification, you’ll also be a complete beer-nerd who loves sharing your passion, encouraging the team and guests to try the beer you’ve produced. You’ll naturally be a people person, who is bubbly, active and communicative, who offers support and guidance in management meetings, setting clear goals for the team. You’ll be confident in delivering educational, guest facing, experiences in the world of beer & brewing.
