We are now looking to build our team ready for the summer. Positions are initially on a fixed term until the start of September, with a flexible start date from the beginning of May. A permanent position after this time is possible but not guaranteed.
Role Purpose
Our Team Members are the core part of every Brewpub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service. You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available at B&K whilst working in a fun and supportive environment.
As a Team Member, you’ll be taking orders, confidently recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed B&K beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the Brewpub.
