We’re looking for a Night Supervisor to oversee the hotel and pub operations overnight to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth functioning of all areas. The role will be on a rota basis of ‘4 on, 4 off’ (full time colleagues).
Role Purpose
Our Supervisors are a hugely important part of the leadership structure in our Brewpubs and with our reputation of promoting internally, there are clear lines of progression for those who wish to develop to Assistant Manager. You will be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and service, have a keen eye for detail, and have an understanding of how to encourage and coach to get the best out of your team. You will be the driver of the B&K Way, our own operational standards. You will champion product knowledge and training across both our food and beverage offer and above all else be ready to learn and develop yourself along with the support of our senior team.
As a Supervisor, you will be leading shifts, this will include opening & closing the Brewpub, training & coaching of the team, managing health & safety of the Brewpub and have a keen eye for growing sales!
