Supervisor

Role Purpose

Our Supervisors are a vital part of the leadership in our Brewpubs, with clear opportunities for progression to Assistant Manager for those who wish to develop. You will be passionate about excellent food, drinks (especially craft beer), and service, with a keen eye for detail. You should also have the ability to encourage and coach your team effectively.

You will drive the B&K Way, our operational standards, and promote product knowledge and training across our food and beverage offerings. Above all, be eager to learn and develop alongside our senior team.

As a Supervisor, your responsibilities include leading shifts, opening & closing the Brewpub, training & coaching staff, managing health & safety, and actively growing sales.
