Role Purpose

Our Supervisors are a hugely important part of our leadership structure and with our reputation of promoting internally, there are clear lines of progression for those who wish to develop to Assistant Manager. You will be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly cocktails and craft beer) and service, have a keen eye for detail, and have an understanding of how to encourage and coach to get the best out of your team.

You will be the driver of the Craft House Way, our own operational standards. You will champion product knowledge and training across both our food and beverage offer and above all else be ready to learn and develop yourself along with the support of our senior team.

As a Supervisor, you will be leading shifts, this will include opening & closing the pub, training & coaching of the team, managing health & safety and have a keen eye for growing sales!
