Role Purpose
As Sales & Events Manager, your primary focus will be sales generation, driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and converting inbound enquiries. You’ll work closely with your General Manager and our Head of Corporate Sales to ensure each booking runs smoothly from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in hospitality sales, events, or a similar role
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Experience with booking systems is desirable
20 Hours per week, including weekend work.
