Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking a General Manager to lead one Brewpub, setting the tone and culture while coaching a team to deliver flawless service. You will own the Brewpub P&L, lead opening and closing shifts, and act as the community contact for your site.
You’ll manage front of house, a robust kitchen operation and the microbrewery, ensuring safe, legal and compliant operations while upholding the brand standards and values across every shift.
