We’re on the lookout for confident, passionate CDP's to bring our eclectic menu to life and elevate our dining service, whether it’s a Gentleman’s Savoury Tea, chargrilled wurst, or a brunch that’s truly “eggcellent”. Right across from Waverley Station, Brewhemia is the twinkle in Edinburgh’s eye.

Rate of Pay: £31,590 Base Salary + £4,000 - £5,000 Qualified TRONC estimate from the last 12 months. TRONC draw increases at 6 months service, and again at 2 years service.
