Brewery Arts in Kendal is seeking a motivated HR & Operations Assistant to support our people and wider organisational operations. You will help coordinate recruitment, keep employee records up to date, and assist with essential admin tasks to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly across our live arts venue, cinema, learning hub, restaurant and bar.
