We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Crawley. Our Crawley store has been serving the local trades’ people and retail customers for over 60 years. Inside the branch you will find an impressive range of wallcoverings, trade and designer paints, specialist coatings and all the decorating accessories and equipment our customers need to complete their decorating projects. Our team is extremely experienced in our industry and are always happy to give product advice to seasoned tradespeople and novice DIYers. Normal branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.
Managing a team of 4, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. To succeed in the role of Retail Branch Manager you will:
- Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
- Have experience of developing a team
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
