We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Senior Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in a flexible, roaming role across multiple Brewers Decorator Centres in the London region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to support different branches. If you are a natural leader with excellent customer service, sales experience, and team working skills, we will provide you with the necessary support to succeed.

Details of the role:

• 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota.
• Support across branches in London, providing crucial assistance to Branch Managers, supporting teams, and driving sales.
• Standard branch hours are 5:30 am – 5 pm, with some variation depending on location.
• Travel between branches is expected, with most locations accessible via public transport.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Branch Managers during their absence or when extra support is needed.
• Providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Handling keyholder responsibilities, cashing up, and supervisory tasks.
• Motivating and managing team members.
• Supporting sales forecasting and stock management.
• Building customer relationships and promoting seasonal and special items.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel across London branches.
• Approachable personality and team motivation skills.
• Desire to develop skills and progress within the industry.
• Willing to undertake training for Fire Marshall and First Aider roles if needed.
• Proximity to London branches is preferred for out-of-hours responsiveness.
