We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Hillingdon.
Location: Hillingdon. Our Hillingdon Branch, located at 12 Marlborough Parade, offers a spectacular product range including a showroom with a comprehensive range of designer paints and wallcoverings. Brewers is renowned for providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
Store opening hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Managing a team of 3, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keep the branch running smoothly. Ranked in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, Brewers Decorator Centres are the largest independent supplier of decorating materials for trade and retail customers across the UK. We are still a family-owned business with a heritage of over 120 years, and a network of over 250 stores nationwide. Who We Are Looking For To Join Our Team:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
- Previous experience in the Decorative Industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate.
- Approachable, open and friendly personality — happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys working as part of a team but can be relied upon to work independently.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.
- Willing to attend training to become a Fire Safety professional (or equivalent if applicable).
