Pay
ÂŁ26,945.00 per annum plus company pension and benefits.
Location
Birkenhead – conveniently located immediately off the A41 New Chester Road, near Green Lane train station and Cammell Laird shipyard.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced driver to join our team at the Brewers Decorator Centre in Birkenhead. You will play a vital part in keeping our delivery service running smoothly and efficiently by making deliveries into our stores and to customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Company transit van to make contact‑less multi‑drop deliveries across our branches in the North West region.
- Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse organised and safe in line with company standards.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, upholding our reputation for quality Brewers service.
- Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and enable a comprehensive service.
- Assist with stock maintenance and levels within the branch.
Qualifications
- A reliable driver with a valid licence, experience driving a transit van, and making multi‑drop deliveries.
- Experience driving professionally.
- Experience/knowledge of using a digital tachograph.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Approachable, with an open and friendly personality – happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- Familiar with the local area.
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, and can also work effectively as an individual.
- Keen to learn and develop new skills.
