Join to apply for the Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties role at Brewers Decorator Centres in Aldgate. Salary is £29,116.00 per annum plus company pension and benefits. This is a 40 hours a week role with Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota.
Conveniently located on Commercial Road in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, our Aldgate store has been serving the local community for over 6 years. The store features a broad product range including designer paints and wallcoverings. You will play a vital part in helping serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Experience with our products isn’t necessary if you bring great customer service and teamworking skills. We’ll provide the training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the Aldgate area driving our Company Transit van
- Provide exceptional service to customers in branch to uphold Brewers’ reputation for quality
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
- Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request stock within the Branch network
- Develop sales of the Company product range including wallpaper, paint and fabric
- Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide a comprehensive service
- Promote seasonal and special items and merchandise goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
- Assist with stock maintenance in the branch
- Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
Who We Are Looking For To Join Our Team
- Familiar with Aldgate and the surrounding area
- Full clean manual driving licence
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to translate customer requirements into product recommendations
- Approachable, open and friendly personality; happy to help both customers and colleagues
- Enjoys team work but can be relied upon to work independently
- Keen to learn, develop skills and progress within the industry
- Previous retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate
