We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Bow. Located on Burdett Road, our Bow Store stocks a comprehensive range of designer and trade paints as well as a large selection of wallpaper pattern books and decorating materials and tools, making us the go-to place for retail customers, trades people and DIY enthusiasts in the area. Ranked in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, Brewers Decorator Centres are the largest independent supplier of decorating materials across the UK. Still a family-owned business, we are proud of our heritage of over 120 years in our industry and the growth of our network to over 250 stores nationwide in the Brewers Group. - Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
- Previous experience in the Decorative Industry would be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate.
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
- Willing to attend training to become a Fire.
