We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Ipswich. Located on Boss Hall Industrial Estate, our Ipswich Store stocks a comprehensive range of designer and trade paints as well as a large selection of wallpaper pattern books and decorating materials and tools, making us the go-to place for retail customers, tradespeople, and DIY enthusiasts in the area. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
Managing a team of 5, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. To succeed in the role of Retail Branch Manager you will:
- Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
- Have experience of developing a team
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and be able to inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service
- Understand our focus on customer service and other Brewers values
- Have the ability to positively represent the Company to a wide range of customers
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
