We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Great Yarmouth.
Our store, which is located on the Harfreys Industrial Estate, has been serving the local community for over nine years and is well known for being the first choice for decorating materials in the area.
In store we stock an impressive range of trade and designer paints, wallpapers and all the decorating accessories and equipment our customers need for their projects whether they are a professional decorator or a home décor enthusiast.
Our friendly and experienced team are always on hand to offer product advice.
The store opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.00 am – 5 pm and Saturday 8 am – 5 pm.
Managing a small team, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

- Previous experience in the Decorative Industry is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Approachable, open and friendly personality, happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys working and supporting a team while also being able to work independently.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.
- Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall.
