We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Gillingham. Conveniently located on Gillingham Business Park, the store has a large and well-stocked showroom with a dedicated area for customers who are looking for design ideas for their home décor projects. We attract a mixture of trade and retail customers to the store where we stock a vast range of trade and designer paints as well as a vast selection of decorating supplies and materials. It’s thanks to the knowledge and experience of the team that we have earned our reputation for being the decorator’s first choice in the area. The team between them have a vast amount of service and industry experience with Brewers so it’s no wonder we have built up a strong customer base.
The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm. Managing a team of 5 you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities- Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Have experience of developing a team.

- Previous experience in the Decorative Industry would be an advantage not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate.
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality – happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
