Brewer Morris is exclusively working with a prominent media business to search for a Senior EMEA Tax Manager to join the tax team in London. As a Senior EMEA Tax Manager, you will report to the Group Tax Director and lead on all EMEA tax matters, including:
- Lead the development and implementation of EMEA direct tax strategy in line with global business objectives.
- Provide strategic tax input on key business decisions, including cross-border structuring and commercial proposals.
- Identify and address developments in international tax law (e.g., BEPS related requirements) impacting the group’s organization and operating structure.
- Maintain an oversight over the local compliance processes for EMEA entities prepared by the local finance teams or their outsourced providers.
- Working alongside the in-house transfer pricing team, review, implement, and maintain appropriate global transfer pricing policies and documentation (Master file, Local files).
- Management and mitigation of withholding tax costs and requirements on cross-border payments and new transactions.
- Support the tax analysis of group reorganisations, restructurings, and any M&A activities.
