As an

Engagement Manager , you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of EPM projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring finance transformation initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project lifecycles, overseeing delivery teams, managing project governance, and helping clients realise the full value of their EPM investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex EPM implementations and optimisation projects from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
  • Build trusted relationships with Finance Directors, CFOs, Group Finance teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, delivery plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Coordinate consultants, solution architects, and client teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure delivery quality, adherence to best practices, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution workshops, proposal development, and project estimation.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, enhancements, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Drive governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting.
  • Promote adoption of finance transformation best practices across planning, consolidation, reporting, and disclosure management processes.
