You will work closely with Partners and Directors on complex projects while playing a key role in developing team members and supporting the continued growth of the practice.This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking greater responsibility, exposure to high-quality advisory work and a clear route for progression.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementManage and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients.Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted and long-term client relationships.Work alongside Directors and Partners on complex technical matters and strategic client projects.Provide commercial and practical tax advice aligned with clients’ broader business objectives.Corporate Tax Compliance & AdvisoryLead the delivery and review of complex corporate tax compliance engagements.Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax computations and returns.Provide senior technical input on advisory assignments, including:Corporate structuringReorganisationsTransactionsTax planning projectsReview work prepared by Managers and Senior Associates, ensuring high standards of technical quality and client service.Keep abreast of legislative developments and share knowledge across the wider team.Business Development & LeadershipSupport Partners and Directors with proposals, pitches and business development initiatives.Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships and introduce additional services.Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Corporate Tax practice.Lead internal training, mentoring and knowledge-sharing activities.Coach and develop junior team members, helping build future leadership capability.About YouYou will bring:Extensive UK corporate tax experience gained within a professional services environment.Strong technical expertise across both corporate tax compliance and advisory work.Experience advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial groups and complex corporate structures.A proven ability to review and challenge complex tax computations and advisory outputs.Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Commercial awareness and an ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.Excellent organisational and project management skills.Experience mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members.CTA, ACA and/or an equivalent professional qualification.What’s on Offer?Exposure to a broad and interesting client base.A strong mix of compliance and advisory work.Direct access to experienced Partners and senior leadership.Genuine career progression opportunities.A collaborative and supportive team culture.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.Competitive salary and benefits package.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
