Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Account Management: Oversee global cash and banking infrastructure, managing around 900 bank accounts across 75 countries.
- Team Management: Lead the team in daily tasks such as opening, closing, and managing bank accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with various stakeholders to ensure the cash and banking infrastructure meets business needs and complies with corporate governance.
- Compliance and Governance: Collaborate with the Sanctions & Compliance team and other departments to ensure adherence to KYC requests and corporate governance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the cash and banking infrastructure.
- Audit Coordination: Respond to audit requests related to cash and banking infrastructure.
Essential Skills:
- Effective task and project management, with the ability to handle multiple requests and work under pressure.
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting Board notes and memos.
- Good understanding of Treasury and banking administration processes, corporate governance, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Integrity is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in treasury cash management within a multinational corporation is preferred.
