- Maintain and develop intercompany agreements, documentation, and master file/local file framework, working with external advisors where needed.
- Stay ahead of developments in international transfer pricing regulations — including OECD BEPS updates and country-specific rules — identifying emerging risks and opportunities before they become issues.
- Be a core member of launch teams for new products and geographies — bringing transfer pricing expertise into the room early, so structural questions are identified and resolved before go-live rather than after.
- Provide transfer pricing input on new launches and propose commercially sound solutions that enable the business to move with confidence.
- Partner effectively with local advisors in new jurisdictions and ensure intercompany arrangements are properly documented and implemented from day one.
- Work in close partnership with the Finance Director to identify risks and opportunities across the tax agenda, shape the strategic direction of the Tax function.
To be considered, you should be a qualified (ACA/CTA/ADIT) Manager or Senior Manager who has proven technical transfer pricing knowledge. Exposure to supporting new country or product launches is essential and a background in fintech or tech sectors is preferred.
