We are looking for an ambitious Transfer Pricing Manager to join a growing and entrepreneurial tax team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling a UK Transfer Pricing offering. Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of the practice while delivering high-quality work to a diverse international client base.
The Role
- Work alongside the Transfer Pricing Lead to support the growth of the UK practice, including identifying opportunities within the existing client base and contributing to new business proposals.
- Support business development initiatives and collaborate closely with other tax teams.
- Design and implement transfer pricing policies for multinational clients.
- Lead functional analysis interviews and manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files, Master Files, etc.) in line with UK and OECD requirements.
- Support cross-border financing projects, including thin capitalisation analysis and interest benchmarking.
- Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using leading TP databases.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Deliver clear, well-structured technical reports.
About You
- ACA/CTA/ADIT/Legal qualified (or overseas equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of UK transfer pricing rules and OECD guidelines.
- Experience with intercompany financing and thin capitalisation is advantageous.
- Comfortable using TP databases for benchmarking and analysis.
- Strong communication skills — able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment.
- Takes ownership and contributes to building something new.
