The position offers a genuine opportunity to move beyond traditional compliance, partnering with finance teams and external advisers globally while contributing to major international tax projects, including OECD Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting.
The Opportunity
As Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you’ll take ownership of key tax reporting and compliance processes across a multinational group. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, tax, and external advisory teams to ensure the organisation meets its global tax obligations while continuously improving processes and enhancing the use of technology.

- A practice-trained tax professional seeking their first move in-house.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual corporate tax reporting activities, including current and deferred tax provisions.
- Manage global tax compliance and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate Country-by-Country Reporting and other international reporting requirements.
- Support the delivery of OECD Pillar Two compliance and reporting.
- Drive efficiencies through process improvement, automation, and technology solutions.
- Build strong relationships with finance teams and external advisers around the world.
- Support and mentor junior team members within the tax function.
About You
We’re interested in speaking with candidates who bring:
- Strong corporate tax reporting experience, ideally within practice, industry, or a combination of both.
- Experience of tax accounting and reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740) or a comparable reporting framework.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and leveraging technology.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced international environment.
