A global law firm is seeking a commercially driven strategic Senior Pricing Manager to lead its pricing team and elevate commercial performance across key international clients. Based in central London on a hybrid basis, you will develop and guide a team of pricing specialists while acting as a senior adviser on a portfolio of the firm’s most important client relationships. You’ll partner with senior partners on complex negotiations, multi-jurisdictional pricing decisions and panel arrangements whilst shaping outcomes that enhance both client value and firm profitability. You will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategy, improving how the pricing function operates, and challenging existing approaches to deliver meaningful commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing pricing team, ensuring strong delivery and professional growth.
  • Advise senior partners on commercial strategy, pricing structures and complex fee arrangements.
  • Oversee high-quality pricing support for strategic global clients.
  • Enhance processes, tooling and data usage to strengthen efficiency and insight.
  • Identify revenue and margin opportunities and influence firmwide commercial strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the pricing function’s ways of working.
