Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director level role requires international tax experience particularly in M&A tax, for this interim Senior Tax Manager or International Tax Director interim tax job in London. Commencing in February 2026 and joining for a 12 months period, the Senior Investments Tax Manager will operate at an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director level, and will have international tax advisory experience.
Reporting to the Group Head of Tax and liaising heavily with the investments and legal team, the focus of this role is on supporting transactions the business makes. This is done by advising on the efficient and responsible tax requirements of investments, divestments and proposals. Whilst analysing an investment portfolio, there will be the requirement to advise on restructurings and refinancing. In addition to providing tax advice on the business activity, there is also the requirement to look at the international tax developments impact on the business itself and to advise accordingly.
To be considered for this role it is imperative to have an international tax background with an advisory and M&A experience. This opportunity would suit not only a qualified accountant, but also a tax lawyer.
