Transaction Services Assistant Manager | Top 10 Accountancy Practice
An excellent opportunity to join the growing Transaction Services team of a Top 10 accountancy firm, working on a varied pipeline of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
The role
- Deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments
- Analyse historical and forecast financial performance
- Review quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and other key deal considerations
- Prepare commercially focused due diligence reports
- Work closely with clients, management teams and other advisers throughout the deal process
- Take ownership of key workstreams, with support from experienced Managers, Directors and Partners
- Support and develop junior members of the team
What they’re looking for
- ACA/ACCA qualified or approaching qualification
- Minimum 12 months’ hands-on Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience is essential
- Candidates can come from a broader external audit background, provided they have at least 12 months’ TS/FDD experience
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to identify the key issues behind the numbers
- Confident client communication and report-writing skills
